Coffee Mentor, Barista Trainer and Head Judge of the Gems of Araku competition. Sherri is an Authorised SCA Trainer (AST), former Cup of Excellence Head Judge, globally-recognised coffee expert who conducts certified SCA class offerings ensuring the highest quality of instruction for beginning Barista, Roasters, the serious and curious coffee connoisseur.

Courses we offer

Pick Introduction to Coffee, if you want a standalone offering that familiarises you with specialty coffee and gives you a broad picture of the five specialist modules under the SCA Coffee Skills Program. Or plunge right into one of the specialist modules: Barista Skills, Brewing, Green Coffee, Roasting and Sensory Skills.
 
The specialist modules are offered at three course levels: Foundation, Intermediate, and Professional.
