Design
We have worked with the famous architectural studio Delordinaire to ensure our vision of bringing the Araku Valley into the heart of Paris. Truth is in the details, as we say, so let us take you through what makes our coffee shop so unique. First, the soil, Araku means “red earth” in the local dialect, which is why we chose to reflect the Araku ground on which our coffee is produced (rocky, red, and harsh). With the same idea of transmitting our holistic vision of regenerative agriculture, every wall (including the bar) was built using the excavation of soil used for the construction of public buildings in the region of Paris. Therefore, ensuring that every bit of our coffee shop comes from circular economy and sustainable means.
