For over 14 years, they have cultivated exceptional coffee. In fact, the year 2010 was a turning point for the couple as well as the village of Rangasinghpadu, when 25 coffee farmers were awarded at Gems of Araku.
Gems of Araku, is an annual harvest festival that spotlights exceptional coffee grown by over 31,000 small and marginal tribal coffee farmers. It represents a successful model of how community-driven initiatives can lead to sustainable development while preserving cultural heritage and promoting environmental stewardship.
